Daybreak will regard all information obtained about individual clients, whether written, verbal, or observed, in a manner that maintains confidentiality and in accordance with applicable laws and professional ethics regarding confidentiality.

No file or information from the client file will be released to another individual or agency not authorized to receive it without the written, informed consent of the client or his/her legal guardian
