was first published to the World Wide Web in 1998 by our predecessor
company, VideoArt Multimedia, to be a method of linking all community
web activities. The Site Directory has always been, and still is,
the focal point of this site. Its completeness is a high priority
for our staff.
The site
has continued to evolve and grow to accommodate the wishes and needs
of it's visitors.

Are We Doing This?
The creation
of WalkerWeb stems from a sincere desire for us to provide a needed
service to our community in hopes of making Walker County a better
place to live. We do this by providing information to our citizens;
helping our merchants market their products and services; and helping
visitors or potential new neighbors find out what we have to offer.
